Since 1972, Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières, a real estate training institute that was founded as an association (Law of 1901) through an initiative by real estate professionals, has offered tertiary level training geared towards the various branches of this vital segment of the economy.
In fact, the real estate sector is inevitable, from private individuals to corporate investors, from public companies to large retail and distribution chains, from the social sector to corporate sites.
Its study currently requires general legal, economic and fiscal knowledge at university level. To practise necessitates a thorough understanding of the practical and theoretical concepts of the various segments of the real estate industry. Thus, ESPI has always worked closely with professional organisations and companies, thereby ensuring a perfect pedagogical/professional balance. The curriculum is defined during academic meetings and is constantly updated to incorporate new legal, fiscal, financial and technical data.
ESPI has two campuses: one located in Paris since 1972 and the other in Nantes, since 2006.
Henry BUZY-CAZAUX is Chairman of the ESPI association, while it is managed by Kristian LE PERFF.
